Return Policy

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days to request a return after receiving your items. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll let you know where to send your package. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Do not send items back until you have sent a request and been approved. 

Damages & Issues 

Please inspect your order when you have received it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and try our best to make it right. 

Exceptions/ non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 


The fastest and easiest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted after processing a request, you can make another purchase for a new item. 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to reflect the refund on your account.
